The papyj.fr website is published by JF4 (PAP'Y J), a SARL, SIRET 504 522 467 00035, at 31 Quai de la Résistance, 34340 Marseillan. It presents the Bistrot Pap'y J restaurant, its menus, opening hours, news and ways to contact the restaurant or book through the available channels.

PapyJ Social is the administration tool intended for the restaurant’s social networks. At this stage, it provides connection of an account authorised in the TikTok Sandbox, account information, disconnection and a test MP4 post manually requested by the owner administrator. Sandbox and unaudited application restrictions apply. It also lets the owner administrator prepare, on request, an MP4 video with synthetic voice narration produced by Google Cloud Text-to-Speech; this video can be downloaded to their device and is never published automatically. Automatic posting is not provided.

Public pages can be accessed without an administrator account. Users must use the website lawfully, comply with these terms, and refrain from disrupting the service, bypassing safeguards or accessing data or areas without permission.

Administration features are reserved for people authorised by the operator. Menus, prices and opening hours may change; contact the restaurant to confirm information needed for your visit. Where booking is available, its specific arrangements are stated in the relevant process.

The owner administrator can select an MP4 from their computer, check its preview, edit its caption, choose an authorised privacy setting and available interactions, disclose commercial or AI-generated content when applicable, then explicitly consent and click “Publier la vidéo test sur TikTok”. This click starts a real upload to TikTok. Connecting the account and selecting a file do not start an automatic upload.

Only an authorised owner administrator who owns or is entitled to manage the TikTok account may connect it through TikTok’s official authorisation flow. They must check the requested permissions before granting them. The service does not ask you to enter a TikTok password on papyj.fr.

Connecting a TikTok account does not grant general permission to publish. Each content transfer to TikTok and each publication will require the user’s explicit authorisation for the relevant content and account.

Before authorising an upload, the user can check the content, destination account, caption and settings returned by TikTok, including visibility. The user must hold the necessary rights to images, media and music, comply with TikTok’s terms, and confirm its music usage rules and, when applicable, branded content policy. The server checks the MP4 and account settings before initialising Direct Post. Once initialised, cancellation or deletion is not guaranteed by PapyJ Social: check the result and manage the content directly on TikTok.

TikTok may delay, reject or remove a publication under its rules or technical constraints. The service does not guarantee immediate publication or a particular audience.

Users must provide accurate information, protect their administration credentials and notify the restaurant of suspected unauthorised access. Credentials must not be shared with unauthorised people.

Users are responsible for content they prepare and authorise for publication. They must hold all necessary rights and permissions for text, photographs, videos, music, trademarks and the images of people shown. They must not submit unlawful, misleading or abusive content, or content that infringes others’ rights.

Text, photographs, logos and other website elements are protected by their owners’ rights. Viewing them does not grant reproduction or exploitation rights, except with permission or where the law provides an exception.

Users retain the rights they hold in their content. Authorising its processing and publication permits only the operations necessary to provide the requested service. Content sent to TikTok is also subject to that platform’s terms. The TikTok trademark belongs to its owner; preparing this integration does not imply TikTok’s endorsement of the service.

The operator aims to keep information accurate and the website accessible. Maintenance, technical incidents or provider outages may cause interruptions. Users remain responsible for their connection and equipment.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for damage resulting from use contrary to these terms, user-supplied content or third-party services, including TikTok’s moderation decisions. These clauses do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or users’ mandatory legal rights.

The privacy policy describes current website, TikTok Sandbox connection and manual posting processing. TikTok use is optional and does not affect access to public pages.

The user can use “Déconnecter TikTok” in PapyJ Social or remove permissions in TikTok’s connected application settings. They can also contact the restaurant to request deletion of data held by the service. Revocation does not remove content already present on TikTok, which is managed directly on that platform.

Details of future TikTok posting features and their data processing will be provided before activation; affected users will be informed of substantial changes before they apply.
